The successful collaboration between Isrotel and Raanana Symphonette Orchestra continues in the Festival’s 25 year!
This time we are excited to once again host the music director of the orchestra, Omer Meir Wellber, who arrives to Eilat from Hamburg, where he was recently appointed the music director of both the Opera and the Philharmonic orchestra.
He will head the festival and conduct concerts with the international multidisciplinary pianist Guy Mintus, the renowned international clarinet player Gilad Harel, the mandolin player Jacob Reuven, who is active all over the world and especially in Spain.
In addition, the festival features the renowned pianist Revital Hachamoff, who will delight us in a solo recital and will be joined by her trio members, Gilad Harel and violinist Gilad Hildesheim, Tremolo percussion ensemble led by Tomer Yariv, The Tel Aviv Saxophone Quartet led by Gan Lev, actor-singer Maor Cohen in a nighttime Hebrew blues concert with David Sebba, Italian dancer Georgia Leonardi with Israeli dancer Erez Milatin, active in the USA and even a fascinating musical-theatrical-electronic debut prepared especially for the festival by the artistic director of the Gesher Theater, the musician and the composer Avi Binyamin. David Sebba will present a special symphonic concert and will join Omer and friends in an unbuttoned wee hours concert.
The traditional festive and colorful gala concert will close the festival on Saturday night. Omer M. Wellber will conduct and lead the celebrations. He will be joined by the artists of the festival in a rich and surprising program, along with the singer and actor Ran Danker.
